Table Topics with Zeva Bellel, Women's Empowerment Coach
Tune in to hear the woman with the best laugh in Paris.
I am back for another episode with my friend
, a women’s empowerment coach based in Paris. Zeva and I have known each other for about 17 years. We first met through mutual New York City friends when I studied abroad in Paris, which Zeva enjoys calling Ajiri 1.0. (My time before kids, a very lost girl, and dating DJs or bartenders).Zeva has been one of my rocks as a friend and sister here in Paris. Luckily, we live a 15-minute walk from one another, so we often meet for lunch, apéro, dinner, dancing, and all sorts of spontaneous hangs. But mostly, she is a rock of a friend for two reasons. First of all, Zeva has a freakishly fantastic superpower of being able to make connections. She can listen to me talk about something and connect it to another thing I said or an idea that could work. How does she remember everything, store it then know when to bring it all back out? And secondly, she laughs easily, usually cries when she laughs and her laugh is phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!! You will know what I mean when you watch the Table Topics episode.
Season 3 of her podcast On Becoming is officially out today. ( I was a guest last year.) This season she dives deep into the unique ways that women lead across various industries. Zeva has incredible guests from social activism, design, neuroscience, femtech, and more. I enjoy these conversations about authentic leadership, breaking norms, and embracing empathy and intuition. All qualities that inspire me everyday. If you’re looking for bold, refreshing perspectives on leadership, you won’t want to miss this season!
Check it out and get ready to be inspired!

Table Topics is a series where I invite people to my table for a drink or a meal to chat, catch up and sometimes to know them better. As you all know, I loveeee moments talking with people at the table because it’s a place where our souls collide and we get to know each other better and form more memories. And sometimes I already know them but it’s still fun to hear their answers to different questions. The concept is simple yet fun: verbal Marcel Proust inspired questionnaire, but the questions won’t always be the same. Stay tuned for me
